R.A.M offers multiple payment plans enabling each and every individual to possess his dream property with or without capital.

1. Down Payment Plan

Ideal for those who have enough capital to invest within a month's time and you can own the property.

2. Equated Monthly Installment Plan

You can opt for installment plan wherein you make the margin payment and pay the balance amount in equal monthly installments of 12, 24, 36 or 60 months.

3. Flexible Installment Plan

R.A.M has designed a unique Flexible Installment Plan as an alternative to Down Payment and Installment Plan and it offers two options to the investors.

3. Flexible Installment Plan

A. Regular Plan
An individual can buy a 'Base Unit' in a particular project by investing just Rs. 10,000 towards the installment of the selected property. He/she gets an option to generate referral sales and earn "Sales Brokerage" termed as "Income Unit". As and when the price of the selected property appreciates, he/she gets the benefit of price appreciation in terms of 'Bonus Unit'. Both Income Units and Bonus Units are adjusted against the installments towards the total value of the property. At the end of 36 months, the investor has to get the requested property registered in his/her name by making full payment of the selected property (Fully Paid Up Total Amount) as per the rates prevailing on that given day.

B. Free Plan
Under Free Plan an individual can invest with a minimum amount of Rs. 10,000 towards a base unit. One can purchase as many 'Base Units' (by purchasing units in multiple of Rs. 10,000) as he can during period of 36 months. He/She can simultaneously earn Income Units by referral commissions & Bonus Units with appreciation in price of property.

Depending upon the total base units, income units and bonus units, the company allots units at its discretion because the company has the expertise in analyzing the future and prospects of its various projects. Within 36 months, one can buy the property by making balance payment (the remaining difference amount of property value and total unit accumulation). Free Plan also provides the option to surrender the accumulated unit and company helps to sell off these units and realize your Earthmetic benefit as per company norms.

The difference between Regular Plan and Free Plan:

In Regular Plan customer identifies the particular property. In Free Plan the customer identifies only preferred location, whereas the units are allotted by company, keeping in view the chances of maximum appreciation. In Regular Plan all Income Units & Bonus Units are adjusted against the installments. While, Free Plan offers facility to withdraw cash from accumulated income units when required as per company norms.

A. DBV Flexible Installment Plan

Dream Big Vision's flexible installment plan is your product, your installment plan. It gives you an option to own a property without any cash outlay by way of settling your commission income against the price of the property. In other words, when you earn commission on sales generated through your referrals you can use that income to buy the property of your choice.

Stepwise understanding of the plan:

  • Book a property
  • Pay Rs. 10,000 (as down payment) and you have right to get yards as per current rate of particular property which is termed as one unit.

B. DBV Career Plan

  • With an initial investment of Rs. 10,000 you purchase a unit – termed as a base unit.
  • You choose to be the advisor of DBV scheme.
  • You may become the advisor of DBV scheme with a small investment of Rs. 1000 in case you do not wish to purchase a base unit.
  • Sale of minimum 3 units through your reference makes you eligible for earning sale commission.
  • As you sell more number of units you simultaneously grow and get promoted through the levels.
  • The percentage of commission is fixed for each level.
  • If you have purchased a base unit, you also stand to gain bonus against the price appreciation of the property over time.
