R.A.M Group extends its support for the welfare of the society through its non-profit organization Prayas Foundation. Founded by the philanthropic CMD of the group Mr. Sanju Kashyap, Prayas Foundation is involved with development of people bereft of hope, opportunities and acceptance of the society. It's an initiative for upliftment of underprivileged children, women and their families and the abandoned elderly.

The foundation is about empathy rather than sympathy, working with people rather than working for people, understanding the root cause of the problems rather than just tackling the effects. Prayas aims at transforming the unstructured lives into fine sculpture through various intervention programs in education, health & hygiene, vocational training, rehabilitation and counseling.

Prayas focuses on nurturing the dreams and aspirations of the underprivileged children through education which can bring fundamental changes in their thoughts and lives and upgrade their families. The foundation has partnered with Sunflower Child Rehabilitation Centre for rehabilitation programme. It also runs Godhuli - an initiative for the deserted elderly and the sick and provides them shelter with assistance, spiritual relief and protection in serene and blessed atmosphere.
